The additional portion of the joining fee is based on a sliding percentage and the initial estimate/calculation of the claim/damage by the member. The Joining fee is payable on registration of member and will be used in the initial stages of litigation to prove the merits of the case. The "Claim fee" will be charged and become payable upon successful litigation of the merits of the case. Members who join after completion of the first stage will be liable for the full joining fee and claim fee, in order to share equally in the costs with other members.
