Vraag: Ek werk vir myself as ‘n kontrakteur in die rekenaar bedryf en omdat ek teen minste 50% van my werk van die huis doen, het die afgelope kragonderbrekings my sleg geraak en aangesien ek in ‘n kompleks bly, kan ek geen voorsiening maak met ‘n kragopwekker nie, met die gevolg van ‘n verlies van teen minste R750 per uur en dit my verdienste direk affekteer met teen minste 30 ure wat verlore is die afgelope paar maande. Antwoord: Dit lyk of jou direkte verlies tans R22 500.00 beloop. As ons aanvaar dat jou omset onder R1Miljoen is, is jou aansluitingsfooi vir Powergroup R 750.00 + R1125.00 = R 1 875.00. Hier is die fase 1 fooi wat gebruik gaan word om die meriete in die hof te bring. Sodra ons suksesvol is met die meriete is ‘n verder fooi van R1 687.50 betaalbaar. Hierdie fooi is om die skade van jou eis te bewys. Dit is die enigste fooie wat betaalbaar gaan wees vir die hele aksie en sal Powergroup die nodige deskundiges aanstel om die skadebedrag te bewys. Hoe meer mense aansluit en lede word hoe meer geld is beskikbaar om die aksie suksesvol teen Eskom te loods. Question: So what exactly do you hope to achieve with this legal action? Who do you want to participate, and what would the basis of their participation be? I would also like to know how much you estimate legal action will cost against them. If this is viable I most certainly would be interested in assisting in some way, I am tired of these lies. Answer: Firstly, it is time to bring Eskom Management and also Government to book for their poor performance. If one looks at the country as a whole, everything is falling to parts but nobody is doing something about it. It is time that the whole country acts and show Eskom and Government that we mean business and that we will act when people do not act according to their obligations |
